1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings made directly through our website are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made within the specified window provided during checkout to be eligible for a refund.

2. Free Harbour Pickup

Our complimentary harbour pickup service is strictly contingent upon booking your fast boat ticket via our official partner, Waruna Darma, specifically for the Sanur to Toyapakeh route.

3. Hostel Rules & Conduct

We are a community-focused hostel. We expect all guests to treat our staff, property, and fellow travelers with respect. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate community guidelines without refund.

4. Liability

The Penida Project is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests participate in island activities and excursions at their own risk.
