3. Information Sharing

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as Project Laut for scuba diving and Waruna Darma for boat bookings) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your reservations.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand anonymous visits and clicks on public website pages and whether they lead to checkout and a confirmed booking. Public link destinations are reduced to privacy-safe categories or paths without query details. Staff, admin and other private operational pages are excluded from this behavior tracking.

We also use advertising tools including Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel and Events API, to understand whether website visits and confirmed bookings followed an advertisement. Standard platform click and browser identifiers may be stored in first-party cookies and sent with website events for event matching and attribution. TikTok event matching may also receive your IP address and browser user agent. We do not send your booking name, email address, phone number, messages, requests or notes to Meta or TikTok for this matching.
